I think the Ultima Online example should be considered Strong, as well as Weak. Just like poker, opposing players often do not know anything about the other. Examples of this were provided. I will provide another example that I feel more readily forms a comparison between poker and UO.
Many players would wear a special robe (a grey robe refered to as a "Death Robe") that could hide most items the player wears and seems to indicate that the player recently died, and does not have any posessions. This player would appear harmless, but could actually combat other players with a calm trigger-finger style of play, knowing that they have little to lose and everything to gain, should they defeat their opponent. Conversly, an opponent wearing a full set of high quality armor would often panic, knowing they have much to loose and not knowing if they have anything at all to gain. This panic would be the cause of their downfall.
