The Super Mario World made me think of two types of expiration: the one described in the example (which is arbitrary, to a certain extent) and expiration which mimics "real world" things. In other words, the pseudo-physical expiration...where things that you would expect to fade away..do so. Perhaps expiration should be a sub-entry of Pseudo-Physical Rules? - Jp 09:32, 6 November 2006 (EST)
